Functions – Garden Room
De Beers Garden Centre have recently constructed and decorated a new space that is available to hire for functions and events.
The Garden Room consists of three distinct areas which provide a range of appealing settings for any event or conference; the bar area, large events hall and Mediterranean gardens. Customers can hire the entirety of the Garden Room for a few hours or the whole day, or you can choose to hire one or two of the three individual spaces for an agreed time.
Members of staff will be on hand to help and/or serve drinks at all times during your event and will help set up the space beforehand if your function requires some special decoration.
The Garden Room is perfect for; yoga classes (indoor or outdoor), crafting sessions, business meetings/conferences, clubs and societies, afternoon teas, coach parties, baby showers, birthdays and christening parties, buffets, wedding receptions and all manner of special occasions for all the family. There’s on-site parking for guests just outside the venue.

Bar Area
Large, completely furnished, private bar area. Fully functional and well equipped for serving any kind of drink. Has capability to serve hot and cold food to order. Licensed to serve alcohol. At capacity, can accommodate approx. 40 seated guests. Catering options available.¹

Events Hall
Extra large, furnished or unfurnished, private events hall. Can be decorated as needed. Standard chairs and large, round tables available at no extra cost. At capacity, can accommodate approx. 200 seated guests (in theatre/ceremonial setup). Full cleaning service after every event. Catering options available.

Large, private gardens with Mediterranean-style planting and decked areas. Can be decorated as needed. Standard outdoor chairs, blankets and sun loungers available at no extra cost. At capacity, can accommodate approx. 20 seated guests (on decked area). Catering options available.¹
