Palm Tree Café

Whether your favourite is an all-day breakfast or one of the traditional main meals, we cater for all tastes. Not wanting a large meal – why not try our salads, soup or a choice from our range of paninis, sandwiches or baguettes? We also provide for the children too and offer a tempting range to keep those little appetites satisfied.

All of our food is freshly prepared on site each day by our well-trained staff who take pride in their work and aim to please. All products are locally sourced.

We serve a plated roast Dinner every Sunday from midday until 3pm and are also licensed to sell alcohol for those special moments. Afternoon Tea is also available and has proved to be very popular so a booking is taken to avoid disappointment. Vouchers for afternoon tea can be purchased in the cafe.

Palm Tree Café is open 7 days a week from 8.30am until 4.00pm. Hot food served until 3.00pm.

					  Well I always enjoyed the food here, but today it was awful my cheese and potato pie was served in a cereal bowl on top of my plate, so sliding... read more everywhere when trying to eat it, it was just mashed potato with grated cheese on the top, not worth the money, my husband chips were full of fat, obviously cooking oil needs changing, tuna and cheese panini wasn't warm enough and cheese wasn't melted, such a shame, as we won't return.

					  First time visiting here, also the last. Staff member ignored me whilst chatting to her friend. Another member of staff 'rescued' me and served me tea and cake.

					  We visited here today for the first time and it was lovely. We ordered a childrens meal, which was fantastic value at £3.99. It came as a massive portion of... read more chicken nuggets, fresh chips and beans. I had a ham and cheese panini with chips, again really fresh and excellent value and we also ordered a tea cake. We had three drinks alongside the food and it came to £15 which I thought was excellent. The service was quick and the staff were friendly! We will definitely be back.
